As our client base continues to grow, we're seeking a strategic HR professional with executive leadership and consulting experience to serve as a trusted advisor, delivering practical, business-focused solutions that help organizations succeed.

Who We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience

  • Senior HR leadership experience (Director, VP, CHRO/CPO, etc.)

  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification

  • Expertise in employment law, employee relations, compliance, performance management and strategic HR

  • Exceptional communication, executive presence and relationship-building skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred

  • HR consulting or advisory experience preferred
