As our client base continues to grow, we're seeking a strategic HR professional with executive leadership and consulting experience to serve as a trusted advisor, delivering practical, business-focused solutions that help organizations succeed.
Who We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Senior HR leadership experience (Director, VP, CHRO/CPO, etc.)
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
Expertise in employment law, employee relations, compliance, performance management and strategic HR
Exceptional communication, executive presence and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
HR consulting or advisory experience preferred
